Stationsplein 7, Information Centre is where people from Amsterdam (and indeed, from outside Amsterdam) can find out more about two large-scale projects in the city: the building work on Station Island and the construction of the North/South Line. The Information Centre has scale-models, photographs, films and presentations.
The displays are updated every year. There is also a reading table featuring recent newsletters, brochures and newspaper cuttings.
The Information Centre is the place to go if you have any questions or comments about the work being done. Our staff are up to date with the latest developments and know all about what will be happening during the next few years on Station Island. They will be pleased to help you.
Guided tours
On Sundays there are guided tours, starting at 11.30am and 2.00pm. Places are limited, so you should reserve in advance. The Information Centre also organises group tours. You can book at the counter, by phone or on the internet. A special hunt package for children is available at the counter.

Monday and Saturday closed
